By accessing or using MagicOBJ (the Service), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
MagicOBJ provides AI-powered text-to-3D and image-to-3D model generation. The Service uses third-party AI models (including Tencent Hunyuan 3D) via Replicate to generate 3D model files in formats such as GLB.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering.
You agree not to use the Service to generate content that is illegal, defamatory, or infringing on others intellectual property rights, or to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service.
You retain ownership of 3D models you generate through the Service. However, you are responsible for ensuring your use of generated models does not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights. MagicOBJ does not claim ownership of your generated models.
By default, your completed generations may appear in our public gallery. You can opt out of gallery display at any time in your account settings. We reserve the right to remove any content from the gallery that violates these Terms.
Credits are non-refundable unless required by law. Purchased credits expire if your account is terminated for violations of these Terms. Pricing is subject to change with 30 days notice.
The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by MagicOBJ. Third-party AI models used by the Service are subject to their respective licenses.
The Service is provided as is without warranties of any kind. MagicOBJ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which MagicOBJ operates.
